Developing Young Athletes
At Skyhawks, we offer five levels of curriculum development to cater to the diverse needs of young athletes. From introducing basic fundamentals to competitive league play, our programs are designed to build skills, confidence, and a love for sports.
SuperTots: This curriculum introduces preschool ages kids to exciting world of athletics. Through age-appropriate games, our youngest athletes explore basic sport specific fundamentals along with balance, body movement, coordination, agility, and self-esteem.
Fun & Fundamentals: Learning the fundamentals of sports is an exciting adventure where participants engage in teamwork and individual skill development through age-appropriate storyline competitions that foster the growth of both sport skills and essential life skills in a fun and playful environment.
Teamwork & Technique: Develop the skills, confidence, and passion needed to elevate your athletic career. Participants are divided into teams to engage in a variety of original Skyhawks games that emphasize collaboration to meet objectives and secure victories. With just the right dose of friendly competition, our coaches foster individual skill enhancement alongside teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership.
Skills and Scrimmages: This curriculum is crafted to provide young athletes with a distinct edge in the upcoming sports season on the field or court. Athletes will master advanced skills and techniques to enhance their performance on both ends of play within a realistic game setting. The program emphasizes key objectives such as advanced skill acquisition, seamless offensive and defensive transitions, strategic plays and rotations, an understanding of the rules, and comprehensive game strategies.
Skyhawks Flight: Our premier competitive programming option features after-school classes designed to serve as team practices, thoroughly preparing students for league or tournament games against neighboring schools.
Partnership Opportunities
All-Inclusive Partnerships: All-inclusive contracts are the preferred choice for contract PE classes, recess enrichment, lunch enrichment, and grant-funded after-school enrichment programs. With this arrangement, schools partner with Skyhawks to deliver sports enrichment programming to the entire student body or specific groups of students, enhancing their service offerings. Skyhawks implements a flat fee structure based on the required number of coaches and the participant-to-coach ratio.
Pay To Play Partnerships: Pay to play is the most common contract partnership for After-School Enrichment Programs. We open up registration and parents can sign-up as an add-on program. Skyhawks charges a fee/participant. The school has the option to add a fee to the total registration amount to generate funds as well. Registration can be taken through www.Skyhawks.com, the hosting school, or a 3rd party site like Homeroom. Skyhawks will create marketing material for the school to distribute to the student body.
Summer Camp Fundraisers: Skyhawks will host a week-long Summer Camp Sports Fundraiser at your school during the summer, contributing 30% of the total revenue back to your school. Registration is conveniently handled through www.Skyhawks.com, where all aspects such as coaches, equipment, curriculum, marketing resources, customer support, and registration technology are taken care of by Skyhawks. Your school will provide the venue for the camp and assist in promoting it to families within the community.
